Laptop screen is cracked and I need a new one to be installed

I have an older external hard drive that was previously used with a Mac. I now have a Windows mini PC and Windows isn’t recognising the drive. The drive has a large number of movie and TV files on it which I am unable to access. I need someone experienced with Mac/Windows hard drives to convert/reformat the external hard drive so it can be used with Windows going forward, without losing any existing files on it. Issue: 1. When I turn on my PC, it goes to the “Repairing PC” screen. 2. It then goes to “Automatic Repair” and gives two options: Restart or Advanced Options 3. If I click Restart, it loops back to steps 1 and 2 again. I tried inserting my Windows 10 Home USB into the PC to see if it would fix the issue, but it didn’t resolve it because the PC was unable to detect the Microsoft USB. I have tried "use another operating system" and "Troubleshoot" option, but that didn't fix the issue. It went back to step 1.

Hi, I built a gaming PC back in 2019 but have not been following the world and updates as I have been busy with work and family. I have very lightly used it since but would like: 1. It to be cleaned physcially (dust etc) 2. To update all the drivers, motherboard, gpu etc 3. Check custom settings are correct for gaming 4.
