Hi. We have a 3-br, 2 bathroom holiday rental on Airbnb, 4 years running - St Andrews Beach. Our cleaner has had to leave, so we're looking for someone who can be flexible with days and times. https://www.airbnb.com.au/rooms/16850208 We have a great rating, and want to maintain a high standard; we know this takes extra time. Main jobs are changing sheets and towels (we have a rotating system with replacements hang-drying in the garage), and mopping and vacuuming. If there's only a few people staying, it's a breeze. We do have 2 bunk beds, so the upper beds need a bit of energy if it's a full house of 7 or 8... it's a 2.5 hour clear, roughly. Usually a bit less. Typical guests; 1 or 2 families with little kids) As we're in Melbourne, we can't meet for the first clean in person, but we do have some photos that show how we like the place presented, and can give you a key to access the property. We prefer friendly helpful people who will let us know about any problems. We prefer dependability over price; happy to pay either per job or per hour. No oven cleaning, windows or other crappy jobs. If interested, please let me know. I'll give you a key code and you can look at the place (uncleaned since 10-week guests left), and you can quote. We've been paying around $90 or $100 for a clean.
