We’re looking for someone experienced in hazard/industrial-style cleaning to remove and dispose of rubbish from our office. Unfortunately we have had people who have rummaged through our bins and been leaving their stuff there. IMPORTANT: The contents of the rubbish are unknown, so a full hazard suit / appropriate PPE must be worn. End Of Lease for CBD Office. This is a vacant clean requiring windows, window ledges, walls to be sugar soaped cleaned, front door window and internal windows to be washed. Carpets have been vacuumed but debris still needs to be removed, to be steam cleaned. No parking and cleaner to arrange their own transport or street parking.
