Our regular cleaner has done a poor job, so we need someone thorough, experienced, and reliable who can bring their own equipment and cleaning products. We will have some on site also. Areas to clean: • All rooms: vacuum, mop, dust, wipe down all surfaces • Walls: spot clean marks and fingerprints • Skirting boards: dust and wipe throughout • Windows: internal glass, sills, and tracks including doggy door (no dogs in house as yet) • Light fittings: dust and wipe (some may need a ladder) • Cupboards: clean inside and out (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry) • Kitchen: • Clean rangehood, stovetop, splashback • Wipe inside drawers and cupboards • Clean pull-out bins • Bathrooms (scrub grout all over bathroom) • Scrub shower, grout, tiles, mirrors, and tapware • Clean bath and toilet thoroughly • Wipe cupboards inside and out • Laundry: sink, cupboards, walls, and floors • Floors: vacuum and mop all hard surfaces • Doors and handles: disinfect and wipe down • Cobwebs: remove from ceilings and corners (not really many) • Fridge: clean inside and out (some of it has already been done) Notes: • Removalists will be at the house from 8am-12pm.
