Find a professional cleaner in Mount Martha

Weekly House Cleaner Wanted – Mount Martha | 3 Hours per Week We’re looking for a reliable, experienced and thorough cleaner for our family home in Mount Martha on a regular weekly basis. Our home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms; however, not all rooms require cleaning each week. What needs to be cleaned: * 3 bedrooms (the other 2 do not require weekly cleaning) * 1 ensuite and 1 main bathroom * Kitchen – benchtops, surfaces and general cleaning * Vacuuming throughout the areas requiring cleaning * Mopping floors * General dusting and tidying of surfaces An added bonus: Someone who is happy to help with occasional household tasks, such as folding washing, putting clothes away or additional tidying on an ad hoc basis when time permits. Our previous cleaner helped with these little extras, which we really appreciated! Hours & Budget: * 3 hours per week * $120 per clean (maximum budget) * Ideally Fridays, with cleaning completed between 11 am and 3 pm * Ongoing weekly arrangement We’ve previously managed to have the required cleaning completed within three hours, so we’re confident this is sufficient time. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and is reliable. Ideally, we’d love to find someone long-term who can become our regular weekly cleaner. Please get in touch with your experience and availability. Thanks!

This is a "Sale of house clean" we are wanting, as a courtesy to the new buyers (we are not wanting a wildly amazing clean, just a rudimentary one!). House is kept in very tidy state. Mostly needs 2 x bathrooms general cleaned, kitchen cupboards (inside and out) cleaned (oven and hotplates just need light wipe over, not deep clean). No carpet shampooing required. Floors vacuumed, tiles mopped. There are 3 bedrooms. Window sills wiped in all rooms (no window cleaning). There are no stairs. Water and electricity available. Parking available. Required to occur on 20th October. Can start whatever time suits. Must be finished by 1:30pm. We will be moving out at the same time. The bathrooms will be cleared and ready for cleaning from the start, the kitchen shortly after, window sills can be cleaned also. We anticipate all furniture will be in truck by 12pm, providing time for vacuuming and mopping.
