Mould build up from shower on ceiling and on 1 side of house top level having mould/algae grow on top (easy access to it). Need a longer lasting solution especially on walls.

I'm due to have x2 bathroom renovations done this year. My small bathroom was built without an extractor fan, so there's black spots of mould on the ceiling due to the steam from the shower.
