25 bins (approx) taken out each week from collection, cleaned and brought back in to the bin room. Bin room cleaned (hosed, area washed, sanitised). Basement 1 and 2 (blower weekly, cleaned, hosed when required (Atleast once a month) 2 rest rooms cleaned weekly. Hallway common area stairs etc (blower and mopping) Elevator (mopped 2x a week - generally bin visit and once on weekend) all areas spider webs removed, emergency exit stairways cleaned . Strata apartment block . Willing to hear offers! 2 small strata buildings that are situated side by side need the common areas cleaned Today in Kirrawee. This is regularly cleaned, though the cleaner is unavailable this week. We will prefer the service be provided Today to keep it on schedule. The service generally takes 2 hours. You must provide your own full cleaning kit. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Thursday and/or Friday - I need assistance to help me with cleaning common areas in apartment buildings. Mainly vacuuming & mop floors. it will be around 5 hours work and $28 per hour in Redfern and Alexandria

Sweep and mop pebble-crete style stairwell and entrance (ground and first floor) (no electrical outlet so cannot plug in vacuum); wipe down handrails; remove cobwebs from windows and ceilings; dust off two artificial plants; clean glass windows and doors at entrance and inside only of windows on first floor; sweep concrete pathway at entrance. Would take one person less than one hour.
