Mould removal from bathroom roof and repainted

I have some mould forming on the ceiling of the bathroom. I've got an exhaust fan in the bathroom so not sure why it's still forming. I need it cleaned. If you can suggest a way to prevent it from coming back please incorporate that into your quote
