The role is primarily cleaning, with some laundry, tidying and general household reset tasks. We’re after someone who is thorough, efficient, and enjoys bringing order to a home. We use a simple app that sets out the tasks for each visit. It includes regular weekly jobs plus a small number of rotating tasks that appear less often, such as occasional deeper cleaning. Each task has clear instructions and a rough time estimate, so expectations are straightforward and the work is easy to follow. Typical tasks include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, changing bed linen, washing sheets, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, putting away laundry, and general tidying and reset tasks around the house. Regular cleaning to maintain a happy and healthy household. Would love you to be the type of person that does the main stuff (vaccum, mop, wipe down surfaces, dust, clean bathrooms etc) but also picks up on small things that might need to be done every now and again (wiping skirting board, cleaning microwave/oven, cleaning out cupboards etc).
