I have an elderly cat who has not taken kindly to my partner, as well as a new cat in the house, and has started the bad habit of urinating on the carpet on my partner’s side of the bed and marking the carpet in our office where one of her litter boxes is. I have 3 Airbnbs. One in Darlinghurst, one in Paddington and one in Bondi. I am looking for someone to take over the cleans and changeovers for each of them. With 3 there is a lot to do and a lot to stay on top of so I’m looking for someone organised who has it under control. This will be ongoing work, 4-6 changeovers per week on average. You will need to take care of the linen as well which needs to be dropped weekly to a laundromat in Darlinghurst. You will need your own car and equipment. I work off 2 hours per changeover. 1 hour for basic clean and reset and 1 hour for other jobs. Changeovers can occur 7 days and sometimes with minimal notice. A Must be able to invoice.
