Faith lost in humanity. I hired Gee to complete a bond clean my mothers rental. My mother is too old to of completed it herself. Gee came and done the clean and assured me that if there was any defects to be completed that she would come back to complete them. The real estate sent me through a defect report with things such as oven not cleaned, window tracks not cleaned, tiles in bathroom not cleaned, windows required to be cleaned, benches to be wiped down and many more simple bond cleaning requirements. I explained to Gee that I was worried about hiring her due to her previous review and she assured me that it was a customer that was just trying to get their money back and that the real estate was happy with the clean. I have learnt the hard way that this is not the case. She said we would fix the defects on the Sunday but left my mum waiting only for her not to turn up. Now my mum has had to surrender her bond and we’re out of pocket for the money we paid Gee. DO NOT HIRE GEE!
