The job involves: Partial Cabinet Removal: I need to remove the right-side section of the wall cabinet to create space for a dryer. Floor-to-Ceiling Challenge: The cabinets are floor-to-ceiling and flush against the ceiling. You will need to neatly detach the right section from the ceiling/bulkhead without damaging the plaster or cornices. Shared Base Board: The bottom of the cabinets is a single continuous board across both units. I need a precision cut to separate the right section while ensuring the remaining left-side cabinet stays secure, stable, and looks professionally finished. Dryer Installation: Once the space is cleared, please wall-mount my new Haier 7kg Vented Dryer (model HDV70AWW1) in the newly created space. I have the wall-mount kit. Requirements: Please bring all necessary power tools (circular saw/multi-tool for clean cuts, stud finder, and drill). Wood panelling to be put up on wall. Similar to specrite - colour looks like walnut. Would need you to inspect and measure wall area to be panelled. I have measured and approximately, 2.9m wide x 1.360m high. Will need to be adhered with black screws (see picture) through the black felt between each panel. Need someone to fix and secure existing wooden stairs. Both posts at the bottom are loose - both are rotted/damaged at the bottom and bolts rusted out. Baulastrade on right hand side also rotted/damaged and no longer secured to the most at the bottom. At least 3 treads need to be replaced. I am also open to someone using the existing stringers and replacing all treads and balustrade. That would likely be the preferred option but open to opinions and different quotes

Kitchen installation of an ekitchen cabinets. All pre assembled. No benchtop installation required. The confirmatory measure has already been done. We want someone with either cabinetry or carpentry trade. Will need to possibly cut around PowerPoints etc. Part of one cabinet will not be able to be installed until after the benchtop is in.
