We need stacking stone applied to our house; one side wall (small), along the back and around the windows (also small area) and then the side wall (small area) to our sunroom. As part of this need you to ensure the walls are sealed and no holes/gaps as you go. There is also a small gap in the deck needs fixing to the side of the sunroom as well. We know the stone tiles we want (white) so need someone who has experience in this type of job.

Small decking needs paint stripper, sanding and stain.

We have a pergola roof around 20 sqm where the old fiberglass roofing sheets need complete removal and stacked neatly on site for our own skip bin collection. One rotten timber beam approximately 3 metres long also needs to be removed and replaced. Please supply and install new polycarbonate corrugated roofing sheets with all flashing and waterproof sealing.

The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. I'm not sure if it's a building requirement, but I think it would be a good idea to prevent pests and dust getting in freely - happy to discuss the project and options though.
