Hi, I need the deck, stairs & railings cleaned and stained please. We will provide the stain.

There are a few stains I'd like removed or at best, cleaned so it's not as noticeable. I have attempted using heavy de-greaser with stripper, xylene solvent and pressure washed without success. Please advise what you can do at what cost, I know old oil stains on sealed concrete can be stubborn, I'm hoping someone has better equipment than me or know how, but if its a lost cause, let me know... Thank you

Sanding n restain decking

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

Looking for someone to clean cigarette stained walls and ceiling in 139sqm lowest house. The cleaning is prep before we have it painted. Photos show walls and where we have cleaned a small patch. I need a hole cut bigger on the side of my stainless steel laundry tub to accommodate the size of the washing machine connection to fit through. There is an existing hole cut out, but it does not fit the washing machine head.

Please note that - We will remove the roof off the playground and lightly sand the timbers to prepare for the stain. We need someone to apply two coats of Intergrain Decking Stain on existing playground. Images show playground now and what the playground will look like after the stain. The stain applies easily and quickly. By the time the first coat is done, the second coat can be applied.
