We are looking for a quote to put varnish on one side of the floor (newer floor) and stain and varnish on another side (older floor) to match the other side. I have attached the floor plan (please refer to the plans of the first floor only). All rooms on the first floor need to be done including 2 sets of stairs but excluding the laundry, bathroom and toilet. Please share photos of your previous work when providing a quote.

Hello, I’m looking to get one interior brick wall stained and then a grout fill & mortar wash after. I might not be using the correct terms but i’ve attached a photo of our brick and then an inspo photo of what we’d like to achieve. Our 2 photos are the close up of the brick and the brick wall with the white couch. The most important part is having the yellow bricks stained first as we don’t like the yellow, we want the classic brown and red brick to come through the white. We’ve looked into masonry stain but thought it might be easier to get someone who knows what they’re doing to have a look. Then the white wash over top to give a messy new york loft style vibe.
