Water stains on ceiling and what i am to do

I have a small stainless steel grill barrel. Inside there is a stainless support ring held by three rods that are tack welded to the outer shell. One of the weld points broke during transport and the rod detached from the shell. I just need a small stainless steel TIG tack weld to reattach the rod to the outer wall.

I have a 63 Manhattan berthed at Sanctuary Cove Marina. There is cream carpet in the hallway and bedrooms. A leak resulted in a dark stain on the carpet in the hallway and I need to have this cleaned professionally. I also need to have the couch in the main bedroom cleaned & the carpet in that room too.
