We have a small hole/puncture in our stainless-steel kitchen sink that needs to be professionally repaired before we move out of our rental. It currently has a temporary filler over it, as shown in the photo. We need someone experienced with stainless-steel sink repairs who can remove the temporary patch and complete a neat, durable and watertight repair. Ideally, the finished repair should be as inconspicuous as reasonably possible. Please advise how you propose to repair it and whether your offer includes all materials. We would prefer to repair the existing sink rather than replace it, if possible.

I have a stainless steel strainer/press used in a commercial kitchen. One of the support brackets has broken off at the welded joint (left side in the photo). The other side is still attached, but the weld looks quite weak as well.
