Sand back my staircase that has 14 steps and then restain it a darker caramal colour to match floorboards.

My decks need to be cleaned and then re-stained with 2 coats of decking oil. I have a small front porch, a ramp off the laundry, a medium deck, and a large deck. Labour only needed - I will provide the oil and cleaning products.

I have a KingsFab Stainless steel snorkel and airbox for my 2015 np300. I am after someone who knows how to do it to install it.

Not exactly sure if it's possible but we would love to get our retaining walls cleaned up & stained into a charcoal/Dark grey colour. Existing ones are a sand/beige colour. Ive attached some pics showing what we have vs an AI-generated pic of what we would like. Can understand that it wont likely be 100% but close enough will be good enough! ive read that concrete stains are available ( & just need to make sure it's sealed afterwards. Water stains on ceiling and what i am to do

I have a 63 Manhattan berthed at Sanctuary Cove Marina. There is cream carpet in the hallway and bedrooms. A leak resulted in a dark stain on the carpet in the hallway and I need to have this cleaned professionally. I also need to have the couch in the main bedroom cleaned & the carpet in that room too.
