Hardwood deck needs re- painting/staining. Not sure about sanding because of rounded nail heads . Total area approx 50 m2. I think deck at rear (30m2) is painted. At front probably stained. Rear deck is covered.

Hey! I’ve got a stainless steel sink where the seal around the edges has come off and water leaked out onto the kitchen floor. Nothing major like (piping)is broken, Should be a pretty straightforward job. but I just need someone to reseal it properly with waterproof silicone. I've also tried Koh, baking soda/vinegar, etc....They look great at first but then seem to come back over time.
