Three small patches of rust stain on countertop

Sand down 5 beams in kitchen ceiling and stain paint

Sanding and staining a 6x5 m deck and 2x1 m side walls. Currently washed with deck prep but has some residual staining left which might need sanding. Deck has dome head nails.

Deck needs light sand and stain. I have the stain. Approximately 40 sqmtrs

Cut the ends of cables (2 ends of 10 cables = 20 total cuts), replace end screws with more robust anchoring to allow for appropriate tension, such as Jaw/Swage Turnbuckle Rigging Screws with end Terminals and stainless steel eye screws. Wire is 3.2mm 7x7. Timber posts. You can see in the attached photo that two of the end screws have come out, so we've decided it makes sense to replace all the ends of the horizontal cables, as well as the ones next to the staircase.

Lightly sand , then oil a merbau timber deck. Size is approx 12 x 1.5m down length and 7 x 1.5 m across width= approx 30 m2. All tools and materials will be supplied. Can only be done on a Saturday when home owner is there.

Hey! I’ve got a stainless steel sink where the seal around the edges has come off and water leaked out onto the kitchen floor. Nothing major like (piping)is broken, Should be a pretty straightforward job. but I just need someone to reseal it properly with waterproof silicone.
