Updated job and at higher value... Looking for an experienced carpenter or joiner to work on two sets of double/folding interior doors. All doors, hinges, and hardware will be fully supplied. Scope of Work: Door Set 1 (Retrofit / On-Site): Existing double doors stay in place. Retrofit and mortice a new Tradco privacy mortice lock (2213CP) and fit matching Tradco Henley privacy handles. Door Set 2 (Full Replacement & Custom Fitting): Remove the existing hollow door leaves. Hang new solid timber/Solicore door leaves (406 mm wide). Mortice and install 6× Ceam BAC1230 3D concealed hinges (3 hinges per leaf set). Mortice and install new Tradco privacy mortice lock and Henley handles. Fit top and bottom flush bolts on one door, surface bolts on both doors to lock the doors open flat, and 3 magnetic catches on each leaf set. Fit and secure a central T-astragal / mushroom stop strip. Adjust/hang doors so reveals and margins are clean, plumb, and swing smoothly. Existing hollow doors have two hinges, new doors will need 3 hinges due to weight. Location & Flexibility: Work can be completed entirely on-site (large, clean 4-car garage with power available). Alternatively, if preferred for routing/morticing the new leaves with your bench setup/jigs, I can deliver the raw door leaves and hardware to your local workshop for prep, then have you hang and fit them on-site. Please mention your experience with routing 3D concealed hinges (Ceam, SOSS, or Sugatsune) when placing your offer.

Hello Looking for a skilled professional to remove cabinetry (see picture) and install a small dishwasher. The bottom panel will need to be removed which will leave a gap to the left. Experience in filling this gap with a custom sized piece of white laminate board would be advantageous. Want to ensure the professional pays attention to detail, and most importantly does not damage other parts of the cabinetry or kitchen The size of the spot is approx 87cm in height and 57cm in width. Have not purchased dishwasher yet

We have a couple of jobs that need doing around the house. Shaving the bottom of a couple of internal doors and cutting back an architrave so an internal ikea wardrobe sits flush against the wall. We are getting ready for painters so there may be a few other little bits and pieces like assisting to remove a large tv from the wall brackets. The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. I'm not sure if it's a building requirement, but I think it would be a good idea to prevent pests and dust getting in freely - happy to discuss the project and options though.

I need this gap covered under my oven with still a little bit of gap left for air flow. My kitten tried to climb in the gap the other day and nearly got stuck. Need it covered asap!

On our bathroom quartz engineered stone bench top it appears the surface has approx 6 small round white bleach stains. We would like these repaired professionally so that they are not visible.
