Looking for someone to paint the existing dark stained timber frames in my kitchen white. One kitchen window and one sliding glass door (photos attached). Want a simple, clean white finish. Frames are currently stained/varnished timber, so they will need a light prep and suitable adhesion primer before painting. Happy for you to supply materials or I can purchase the paint/primer if that’s cheaper. Looking for an affordable option — doesn’t need to be sprayed, just a neat finish. Located Seaford 3198

The roof of my house and garage is connected and open. I think I need a wall framed and clad to separate the spaces from the top of the bricks to the roof. I'm not sure if it's a building requirement, but I think it would be a good idea to prevent pests and dust getting in freely - happy to discuss the project and options though.

Put legs on the cabinets (as required) Do tiling on the wall (I have the subway tiles) Install threshold metal (to cover tile and floor transition between room) tiles on floor may need to be shaved back.
