Need to re-attach landing balustrades. I have all the balustrades. Just don’t have the tools (ie nail gun etc.)

, i’m having some trouble with my closet… i’m not sure if this beam is load bearing but my cupboard is too small and not functional at all. wondering what i can do. i would like to build in some storage and some drawers. how much would this cost? please see inspo pics

Replace old chip board base of cupboard under kitchen sink due to water damage. Width of this base approx 1.35m x .56m deep which adjoins more recent cupboard base which is unaffected. You will notice that the chip board is swollen and the melamine is lifting. Pleae find attached photos of the affected area. Looking forward to your response.
