Need to do some works in our restaurant in Rye. They include: - Patching up of the tiles (5 of them). Can be any colour. Involves removing some existing tiles. - Regrout the sink area, probably 1-2metres worth of grout. Want to ensure a heavy, thick and clean application of the grout. Needs to be smooth and done well. involves removing existing grout. We have grout on hand. - Patching up of the hole in the wall to ensure no pests/rodents can get through We need this to be done quickly and efficiently, this isn't supposed to be premium.
