We need the open cabinets on either side of the range hood removed as they no longer fit with regulations for the height of the stovetop. The cupboard above the range hood can stay. The house is 1980s so I’m not exactly sure how they are secured. We would then like replacement shelves or cupboards that don’t go lower than the range hood installed - happy to buy these separately for you to install if that helps.

Hi guys: My house is in Ringwood East, I had a renovation done 2 years ago but still have quite few things needs to be completed, one of the issue is this wall showing in picture 1 and 2. I want to leave space for the piano, and make full use of this wall and build a cabinet to have more book shelves, and also (preferably) have place for a small reading table. I would like a quote for 2 options: 1. a standard option using mdf and other standard materials. 2. using somewhat better materials (ie. Maple, birch, walnut, pine...which ever is more reasonable, I want durability so it last long rather than caring about looks) I have funds ready and prepared to go ahead straight away, I understand it's hard to come up with accurate quote so I only need a ballpark figure or a range of pricing. Regards ie. That's why I choose to get someone to make custom cabinets instead.

I have 3 areas of deck (spotted gum, built in spring 2021) needing re-staining with deck oil. The total area is approximately 54m squared, including 7 steps. It's in newish condition and would only need a light sweep first. I will provide all materials and the timing is flexible. - Due date: Flexible

The bedroom suite has a bedhead, 2 bedside tables with drawers, a dressing table with mirror and 6 drawers and a bedbox. Also two chairs. Currently has a apricot tinted beech stain and we would like it in a different stain or perhaps a clear finish.

I have a deck at the front of my property and the back. The back deck area is around 28 squares, and the front is around 13 squares. The back deck has already been half stripped. The intention is to treat the deck such that it has a uniform appearance. The front deck is in relatively good condition, and will likely require just a rejuvenation. The back deck will likely require stripping and staining. The corner of one step also requires some minor repairs.
