Paint the white timber post and small section of the roof circled in red in the photo, including supply the paint (I'll choose something from Bunnings), sanding down the timber and 2x coats of paint.

Install new kitchen cabinets and bench top. Would love a quote for just installation, I will demo and assemble new kitchen cabinets. As it is a small kitchen and cabinets just need to be installed it won’t take long. They have YouTube videos of how to install. Happy to pay any other costs.
