Prepping for house sale. Pool, daybed and courtyard decking and timber needs sanding and oiling/staining. Some boards need replacing. Pool area is about 35sqm, courtyard is about 18sqm.

I need the edge strip of carpet to be cut and pulled back 20mm so the new sliding robe doors can be installed properly. The old tracks don't suit the new doors. 3 robes, all 2000mm wide.

I need ikea cabinet assembled and installed then fixed to the wall. I work from home so it can be done anytime during the day. It must be a professional install and the cabinets must be level with each other. There is also a laminate bench top that is part of the cabinet that needs cut/sanded to the size. Picture attached is similar to what the cabinet is but minus middle glass cabinet and the lights. PS: some assembly of cabinets has been already done, possibly 50% of assembly remaining. My husband has been building a beautiful cottage a mini Queenslander on our acerage property for years and its still not finished, all the outside is done its the internal stuff left. He works too many hours and just cant finish it. I would like pay a retired builder or carpenter to do a couple of hours here and there and pay you by the hour to get it finished for him. Walls are done, electrics done. We will pay for all supplies and furnishings. I looked and I have internal pictures and its up to flooring, a tiny kitchen to be installed (plumbing is done), it needs a shower installed (framing and plumbing are done), some custom built shelves would be nice, it needs roof lining, last bit of wall lining, Hubby can do all the lights and power points. We want to keep the rustic charm. We are in no rush but I would like it finished by the end of 2022. Maybe just give me an idea of your avialbility. I'm thinking someone might find it fun to finish this man cave. Just let me know your hourly rate and previous experience. Just let me know your hourly rate and I'll pay you each time you come. Looking to get the timber frame and footings installed for a deck pathway. I will be doing the decking boards once the frame is ready. Approx 12mtrs long. 1mtr wide. Drop of around 1.3mtrs along length, so 4 lots of 2 steps along length of path. Ideally completed over next few weeks.

I need a wooden table sanded back and brought back to a more natural timber colour. There are 6 chairs to go with it which need to also be sanded back but I will paint these myself.

Approx 70sqm of decking and bench seat to be Striped, sanded and re-coated.
