I’m inquiring about fixing a kitchen cabinet we have. The problem arose after we had to replace our rangehood. The one we had was discontinued and the new one was slightly different in dimensions meaning that it no longer sat flush with our cupboards. We need a solution ASAP as we are selling our house. I have attached a photo of the area for you to see. We also have the original doors etc in case you need them. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you are able to help us with this job and a rough quote. Good day, I require a carpenter to make a manhole opening in a wooden floor inside a cupboard in the passageway, so that the plumbers can get at the piping underneath. The plumbers want to cut the wooden panels, but though they're super plumbers, they are not carpenters , and just want to get at the pipes. They suggested getting a wood cutter and manhole-hole and lid-maker. So, I am looking for someone good with wood and carpentry tools who can cut the Jarrah wood panels into a neat rectangle opening (60cm x 70cm) and a functioning corresponding lid (59.5cm x 69.5cm), The glued panels will then have to be backed by a light-but-flat wooden piece (plywood or harder wood, say between 1cm and 2cm), and a moving handle that folds into its shape. The manhole and lid will enable easy access to utilities, both now and in the future. The job involves: - detaching the skirting boards (they look nailed-in), - lifting the 2000s carpeting, - perfectly slicing through the wooden panels so as to open a large enough sized hole for the plumber to fit into and access the plumbing pipes below; - then gluing the individual panels together, and - backing them with a flat panel of wood to hold them straight together and in alignment - adding functional hinges - adding a hinging-handle that sits into its own shape, so as to make it easy to open and close the manhole cover; and once made, - then put back into the wooden floor. Required also is: - to get the job done quickly, efficiently, cleanly - cleaning up after you are done (by bringing appropriate plastics to cover the linen cupboard and a vacuum to vacuum up the wood bits and chips). There is an area outside the back for you to be able to glue the wooden planks together, and to place the wooden planks on a wooden board backing so that the lid acts as a one-piece. Might be great for you to bring hinges and a handle already - please bring receipts, I will happily pay for those and your fuel. Other carpentry work too.

I have a flat bank of kitchen cabinets above my fridge. They currently sit a few CMS below the cornice. I need to put a taller fridge below them so need the cabinets moved up to the bottom of the cornice.

Im after a wood table insert made from pine or something light in three pieces. The insert is to cover a vaulted board game table. Its Roughly a 1110mm x 1110mm square but it might need to be planed on a side or two to fit properly, it also needs to be 23mm thick to sit level with the rest of the table
