The structure is fine, but the front edges and joins look untidy, so I want aluminium stair nosing installed along the curved front edge of each step to create a clean, modern finish and improve safety. Timber merbau deck measuring 12m x 4m to be washed and oiled using Cutek brand oil. I will supply oil. Need this to be done over 2 seperate days. After washing deck it must be completely dry before applying oil.

Full replacement of 4m x 2m deck- joists and decking boards. Leaning towards spotted gum for boards. Removal of old deck. There’s a split system fan unit sitting on the current deck that will need to be moved/suspended, perhaps disconnected to enable works. Also, a simple roof of the same size to be replaced, above the deck. Colorbond or Laserlite sort of deal, roof is pretty high up so might require scissor lift and harness setups for safety reasons so high up!
