I’d like these timber decks at the front of my house to be oiled. Preparing the house for sale so trying to get it looking nice! I have the decking oil (aquadeck). Area is about 2m by 10m (can’t upload photos!)

I have a roughly 6m x 3m timber deck that has a dark stain on it and am looking for someone to sand it all off for me so that it is back to bare. As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself. Not sure what is a fair price for however many hours but happy to be reasonable and will go ahead if I can afford you! (before I resort to DIY!)
