I need to build composite decking over concrete area in my backyard. Also cover the stairs in the picture with the same composite decking material. Also need to build two benches over the black mulch area in the picture. If possible , buy and put some pebbles amd some paver tiles as well in the garden if possible. I have a roughly 6m x 3m timber deck that has a dark stain on it and am looking for someone to sand it all off for me so that it is back to bare. As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself. Not sure what is a fair price for however many hours but happy to be reasonable and will go ahead if I can afford you! (before I resort to DIY!)

Main area to begin with is 17 metres x 2.4 wide, fix 80 mm hardwood decking to match existing. Other smaller areas around the house need rebuilding of subfloor support/removal of weathered bearers and redecking. Old and weathered in places and failed in other places. We will access materials from timber yard in Benalla, including hardwood decking /bearers etc. We will organise a skip for the duration for waste. House is in Chesneyvale, 20 minutes from Benalla. Can be local contractor or stay on site /in house for the duration. Can be done on weekends if suits. Would be plenty of other work to come for the right person. Hi, I need someone to inspect and repair a section of my timber deck just outside the glass door. The wooden frame underneath (in the area marked in the photo) does not feel solid, and this part of the deck feels unstable when stepped on.
