We need some help from a carpenter to fit doors and fix window frames, and a few other small carpentry jobs around the house. Approximately half day to full day’s work.

Install 6 Flat Pax Laundry cabinets in Laundry Area * Cabinets are already assembled - 3 to be affixed on floor level - 3 on wall level above benchtop and sink. * Fit square against walls matching and level, drill and install 10 door handles (supplied) Install 6 wall storage cabinets against wall in Garage Area * Cabinets are already assembled - Need to have skirting board removed and set straight against wall. Skirting board re-attached up to edge of cabinets once installed. * Cabinets need to be joined to adjacent cabinets, clamped and screwed with screws and nuts (supplied) and affixed to rear wall. All straight and no gaps between cabinets. Job would suit kitchen/cabinet installer/carpenter with experience with Kaboodle / Flat Pax cabinet installation. Ready to be done immediately.

Current timber window is rotting. We need a carpenter to replace the window with a similar window that we will supply.

I am looking for an experienced carpenter to custom-build a wooden Mandir (temple cabinet) similar to the one in the photo attached. Requirements: • Must look like the photo provided (same design, size, and finish). • Include decorative elements, drawers, and cupboard space. • Made with strong and good-quality wood. • Polish/varnish in brown with black and golden accents as shown. • Must include all materials, labor, and delivery costs. • Delivery and installation to my home. Ordering new wardrobe fitout before larger bed arrives. Need the currently installed internal wardrobe joinery to be removed with minimal to no damage. Important to note: It seems as though it has been installed with glue and nails into/on the walls. If damaged during removal, would at least like it to be patched and looking like nothing was ever there. Current joinery consists of 7 shelves, 2 draws, 2 hangers and top shelf spanning over a small 175cm (L) x 58cm (W) x 180 (H) Objects in photo have been removed with air brush hence why it looks weird but gives rough idea

The goal is to convert it from a fixed 8-seater into an extendable 6 seater. The 3 photos I have attached is the same table just before and after oil. What I need done: Cut the existing table into three sections (two ends + centre section) Install a mechanism so the centre section can be folded down, removed, or hidden away Ensure the two end pieces can come together securely for a neat 6-seater setup. I need a carpenter to relocate this door to come on the mark at the front

I’m looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to repair an external timber staircase. The existing wooden treads are rotten and need replacing. The landing is also compromised—it’s currently bolted into a concrete retaining wall, but both the landing and fixings have perished over time. Scope of Work: • Remove and dispose of existing rotten timber treads and landing boards. • Reuse the existing steel stringers on both sides (still in good condition). • Install 7 new timber treads. (Provided need cutting and painting grey, with sand sprinkled on top between coats or a non slip paint) • Reinstate or replace the landing securely, including repair or replacement of fixings into the concrete retaining wall. • Ensure the landing and steps are level, solid, and safe. Photos and a sketch showing the current condition and proposed rework are available for reference. I estimate it’s about a half-day job for someone experienced. Let me know if you’re available and can quote or come inspect. Additionally a hand railing would also be needed and if you could quote to do that separately. With reference to the sketch attached here is a numbered legend: 1. Existing retaining wall 2. New timber landing 3. New timber frame fully fixed into retaining wall 4.
