Hi all, I would like to replace the current pantry space with more shelving and additional support, and possible drawers. The is a new property and settlement is mid April, I am currently organising a lot of things at the moment, and may be slow on response. But hoping to find an affordable chippy to remove what is currently there (I think it’s flimsy) and replace it with something like the attached image. Note that the depth of the shelving is approximately 30cm from the wall. Also the shape is like half a hexagon shape. I would like the shelving to be slightly thicker like the examples. I’m putting a random price on there. Of course negotiable.

Deck needs to be sanded bsck in certain areas and re stained. Area undercover roughly 8m x 4m and area not covered which needs to be sanded is about 8m x 2m. Oil to be provided.

You will be assembling 4 Ikea Metod wall cabinets and installing them via the Metod suspension rail on the plaster wall, through studs. The cabinets together will measure around 220cm in length combined once installation is complete. The wall where these cabinets are to be installed is vacant, however, there are base cabinets underneath already. There is plenty of clearance between the base cabinets and where these wall cabinets are to be installed. The assembly and installation comprises of flat packs of: - 3 x Metod frames (60cm width x 37cm depth x 60cm height) - 1 x Metod frame ( 40cm width x 37cm depth x 60cm height) - 6 x Vallstena doors (30cm width x 60cm height) - 1 x Vallstena door (40cm width x 60cm height) - 3 x Utrusta shelves (60cm width x 37cm depth) - 1 x Utrusta shelf (40cm width x 37cm depth) - 14 x Utrusta hinges w b-in damper, 110 ° - Metod suspension rail - Metod cover strip - 2 x Vallstena cover panels (39cm width x 80cm height, 1.2cm thickness). Please note you may need to cut the cover panel down to size as needed, for use either as a filler or cover panel. I will only have the flat packs of the items mentioned above and whatever Ikea provides within those flatpacks there on the day. You will need to please bring tools and equipment, including but not limited to spirit levels, stud finders and something to cleanly cut the cover panels with. Please note the flooring in the kitchen and dining area is wood. You will need to bring something protective to lay across the floorboards while you are working. A clean up afterwards is also expected please, to leave the area tidy. The photos attached he'd show 2 shelves but please note there will only be one shelf per cabinet. Stain our deck in the backyard and enterance

We need doors and windows repaired. About 6 awning windows with faulty motors and a a couple of doors needing repair. The task is for someone to come in, have a look and quote

I will need some help to drill this plastic plate onto this wood frame, I have tried with my screws and drill( and it’s bit hard to do so).

We need the open cabinets on either side of the range hood removed as they no longer fit with regulations for the height of the stovetop. The cupboard above the range hood can stay. The house is 1980s so I’m not exactly sure how they are secured. We would then like replacement shelves or cupboards that don’t go lower than the range hood installed - happy to buy these separately for you to install if that helps.

Looking for a carpenter to do some framing work with internal framing timbers for a fire place insert (half wall). 90mm timber already at site. Estimating around 2-3 hours of work. Paying $50/ hour , minimum 4 hours paid. Rough sketch attached but not the exact dimensions, which will be provided. Happy to give a hand for anything you need.

A deck which is ~50m2 need to be sanded and re-stained (2 coats). Nails will need to be punched. No idea of price so make me an offer. Ideally someone who’s has experience.

Need a front door installed. I have this door that is hollow and has already been cut. It needs to be cut down an extra 10cm. I can source another door that is solid wood if needed.
