Kitchen drawers need to be made to fit this space. 4x drawers required. Have tried to source with various suppliers but the drawers are so old that a whole new set to fit the space needs to be built. Do not have measurements. Will need a measurement done and then drawers built and then return to site to install drawers, unless it can be done onsite.

Need to replace a door that has water damage. The bottom bit connected to the deck also needs to be repaired as I don't know what bits have rotted. I am looking for a qualified Carpenter and/or Plasterer to repair damage in a downstairs rumpus room caused by a previous leak. The leak has been addressed and rotten wood removed, but I now need the following remediation work: • Carpentry: replace/reinforce timber framing in the corner where wood rot has occurred. This includes the area around the window lintel/header and the ceiling joist corner. • Window/Door Frame: Repair or replace the timber reveals/frames that were removed during the investigation. • Plastering: Replace the missing section of the ceiling (plasterboard), install new cornice to match existing, and patch/set the wall areas. • Finishing: Sanding and repainting. • I am currently seeking to understand the scope and cost of the work.
