Looking for an experienced carpenter/builder to repair and stabilise part of the subfloor under an older timber house in Londonderry NSW. Main issue is under the kitchen area where a timber bearer has severely deteriorated/disintegrated and the floor above has movement/sagging. There are brick piers/stumps underneath and access is available under the house.
