I'm seeking a quote for replacing and upgrading the stairs and stair railing at my property. While the porch next to the stairs doesn't require work at this moment, feel free to include a separate quote for it as well.

We need someone who can help to remove and replace a small deck 1 x 2 sqm. Please quote with all materials for floor boards, hand rails and posts etc. We would need the job done urgently. We have a very limited budget so please quote whether our existing deck can be repaired to the building code and replace it altogether. Quot much be all inclusive and no nasty surprises please.
