I have a leak on the wall and we suspect it could be because the screws used to hung the cabinet are too deep and the cavity wall has been perforated. (It’s a double brick building) The leak has been there for years but it only happens when we get massive rain. I require someone experienced with cabinet removal and install . The roof is not on the top floor and in the room above there is no leak so that’s why we believe is from the side which is an external wall. Do you have experience with leaks like this one?
Did the repair promptly however I wished he asked more questions before coming to do the work. Hopefully what he done worked 🤞

We need a qualified tradie/carpenter to please help us drill screws in double brick walls and help put up a cabinet on the wall(as seen in the photos) and the curtain rod brackets. Just the brackets is fine. We will install the rods ourselves. We need 4 screws drilled for the cabinet and about 8 screws drilled for the 2 curtain rods, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. We can provide the drilling bits if needed but we would like someone to come with their own hammer drill and equipments like the ladders and anything suitable to drill smoothly through a double brick wall. It should be a fairly easy job for someone experienced. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
