Measure Up (Stage 1) • Visit the property to complete a full measure up of all existing kitchen doors and panels so that we can finalise our order. 2. Door & Panel Installation (Stage 2) • Supply of doors and panels is by us — installer is responsible for installation only. • Replace ALL existing kitchen cabinet doors and panels across the full kitchen including island with new supplied doors/panels. 3. Carcass Modifications (as per architectural drawings) Section A-A (Cooktop/Oven Wall): • Remove the two existing drawer carcasses and fronts either side of the current 680mm oven opening. • Modify the opening to accommodate a new 900mm freestanding cooktop and oven.( we can supply new carcasses) Section B-B (Fridge Wall): • Remove existing upper cabinets in the fridge zone (highlighted in drawings). • Supply and install a filler panel to suit the new fridge opening. • Fridge dimensions: 2134mm (H) x 1064mm (W). Bathroom wall repair, painting (beige), cabinet/mirror install + resealing – 2 bathrooms I’m looking for an experienced handyman (ideally with plastering/carpentry experience) to complete work across two small bathrooms. 1. Wall repair & painting (behind vanity areas) * Scrape and remove all peeling/flaking paint and damaged plaster * Sand and properly prepare surfaces * Apply sealer/primer * Patch and smooth walls with filler * Sand to a smooth finish * Prime and repaint Paint colour will be a **warm beige/neutral tone (not white)** – I will confirm paint. 2. Install wall-mounted mirror/cabinet (heavy)** * Install a **heavy mirror cabinet** securely to the wall * Must be properly anchored (into studs or appropriate wall anchors) * A **cut-out is required in the back of the cabinet** to allow for an existing electrical outlet/cable point * Ensure clean, neat finish and correct alignment **3. Bathroom resealing (silicone)** * Remove old silicone where required * Reapply fresh silicone around: * Showers * Vanities/sinks * Any gaps needing sealing **Additional details:** * One wall has an existing electrical wire/outlet for hair tools – must be worked around carefully (do not remove or modify wiring) * Bathrooms are small * Looking for a **clean, professional finish** (not a quick patch job) Please bring your own tools.
