I have a leak on the wall and we suspect it could be because the screws used to hung the cabinet are too deep and the cavity wall has been perforated. (It’s a double brick building) The leak has been there for years but it only happens when we get massive rain. I require someone experienced with cabinet removal and install . The roof is not on the top floor and in the room above there is no leak so that’s why we believe is from the side which is an external wall. Do you have experience with leaks like this one?
Did the repair promptly however I wished he asked more questions before coming to do the work. Hopefully what he done worked 🤞
