I need to connect my steering wheel controls to my Pioneer DMH‑Z6350BT head unit in my 2014 Mazda CX‑9 (factory Bose). The "Steering Wheel Control" setting on the Pioneer is greyed out. I have ordered the required Aerpro CHMZ1C interface and APP9PIO8 patch lead. If any other parts are required let me know before coming to do the job. Be careful not to disturb the existing reverse camera and dash cam wiring. Also, all Bose speakers and subwoofer currently work fine – please ensure they stay working after the install.
