Hi, I have a 2011 Mazda 2 with a large nail/screw in one of the tyres. The tyre still has air, but the car was making a knocking sound while driving. The nail is quite large and close to the shoulder of the tyre, so I’m not sure if it can be repaired or if the tyre will need to be replaced. Looking for an experienced automotive panel beater/spray painter to repair cosmetic dents and scratches on a silver 2017 Holden Commodore. Install CarPlay head unit + reverse camera – 2013 Mazda 2 Looking for an experienced car audio installer / auto electrician to install a new aftermarket multimedia head unit and reverse camera in my 2013 Mazda 2. I’ve already purchased the Aerpro AX7510K 6.8” multimedia receiver kit to suit Mazda 2 2007–2014, including the vehicle-specific fascia and installation components, as well as the reverse camera. The job will involve: * Removing the existing factory head unit * Installing the new 6.8” multimedia/CarPlay head unit * Connecting and retaining steering-wheel controls * Installing and neatly routing the microphone/USB connections as required * Mounting the supplied reverse camera * Running the camera wiring from the rear of the car to the head unit * Connecting the reverse trigger so the camera automatically displays when reverse is selected * Testing everything and ensuring the trim/fascia is properly refitted The kit is designed specifically for this model Mazda, so there shouldn’t be any custom fabrication required. I already have the complete set of seat covers. These are specifically designed and shaped to fit over the original MINI seats — they are not loose/universal seat covers. I’d like them installed properly so they fit tight, neat and securely, without wrinkles or loose sections. Installation includes: * Both front seats * Rear seats and backrests * Headrests where applicable * Correct fitting around seat belts, seat controls and other openings * Any minor seat/trim removal required to achieve a proper fitted finish I’m particularly interested in someone who has experience installing fitted/custom automotive seat covers. I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris with a dashboard clock that has gradually become dimmer and is now not working (circled is what it should look like - it no longer appears). I think this is a common VFD power-supply failure where the six transistors powering the VFD filaments overheat and fail. I am looking for someone experienced with automotive electronics / PCB repair / soldering to diagnose and repair the instrument cluster. Ideally, I would prefer the more permanent modification using a buck converter, rather than simply replacing the six transistors, if this is appropriate for my particular board. My 2006 BF Fairmont starter motor died and I have a new genuine Ford starter motor ready to install, but I can't reach the notorious top bolt to the bellhousing. I have 3/8" wobble extensions, but I lost the 13mm socket in the engine bay. Car is up on jacks in secure carpark undercover. Please come prepared.
