3 stage process to build 4x3 aluminium pergola First, remove 4 pavers (one at each post location), dig holes to appropriate depth (around 300-450mm), pour in concrete for footing and once set replace pavers on top. We plan to get a large pergola, (well, in fact, three connected pergola areas), in our backyard. The structure would need to be attached to the house, either through a flyover system or by attaching to the fascia. It is a flat skillion roof sloping upwards (away from the house) so gutters and drainage are an issue. We have found a carpenter, but they require drawings showing exactly how this would work, ( in terms of the existing roof/rafters/beams etc.) to work from. I need an architect/draft person/builder who can do this so the carpenter knows exactly what to do. There are a couple of ways it could be achieved and need someone to look at the house to work out the best way to complete this. I have included a few pictures. The last is of the existing backyard. Three are computer generated concept drawings giving a rough indication of what it would look like (we have made some changes since then, but it gives you an approximate idea). The first is a hand drawn plan showing dimensions. I do have full house plans, and plans suitable for the council(deed to comply) available. BTW , as you can see from the photo of the home as it is, the existing goal in the center would be removed as part of the project. Someone with a builder’s license, I.e. A registered builder,prepared to submit for council building approval, would be ideal.

I need to remove this pergola It's pretty flimsy Rusting out at base etc It's at most 4x4m I need it gone before next Friday Might that be something you can help me with We can take it to Cambridge demonstration 6 mins from here ? Ta Anna Marie

Hello everyone, need hands to help install small pergola for my back yard, properly on grass or on tile not sure yet, but we work it out together at site.

Shed to be built and secure to concrete.

I had a smartkits DIY patio delivered but will need a capable handyman who has experience in patios to install it. It’s 6m (across the roofspan) by 3m (extending out to the fence). The posts are to be concreted in. The surface is level and sand/limestone. All the parts have been delivered.
