The job is a straightforward front yard very wide driveway prep: clearing the top layer of sand/weeds, leveling it out, and compacting a road base layer. Access is completely wide open from the street. I will be doing the garden beds and brick borders myself, so I just need the heavy machine work done for the centre area.

I have no idea on pricing, but have had quotes for a full replacement metal structure with independent footings etc. (think Stratco patio with Polycarbonate roofing) But I’m just after a cheaper option for either a Basic repair (patch timber, brace & replace cloth) Full replacement (like-for-like) made from timber. Open to suggestions and reprice accordingly.

Need the shed frame pulled apart and emptied to skip bin. Frame is steel to be cut to the ground. Will need tools to cut it up to size to be stacked or placed in a skip/back of ute. Help to Dissemble a 3×3m - mimosa louvred pergola. I bought online, mert at sellers house in Nollarama today. Please bring: Drill, ratchet set, Hand tools, Ladder, I dont know if bolts in concrete need sawn off, if you have grinder also would be useful. Work involves, undoing lots of Nuts/bolts each louvre, screws/Allen keys to undo fram connections. Its Aluminum frame, so careful not to thread. (Its happened before ). There is a bunch of rubble, gyprock, old wardrobe panels and general demolition waste that needs to be gathered up and placed in the skip bin on site. I estimate about two hours work for one person. There is a wheelbarrow on site to make this easier.
