Looking for small builder

Hi there I am planning to do concrete on side walks , looking for someone to help , already booked for removal of soil . Someone has to help to prepare ground for concreting and finishing work .

Small are of exposed wood needs oiling. Laminate merbau wood.

The existing metal pergola does not provide any shelter. Area for new pergola is 3.1 m x 2.6 m, but could be up to 4.0 m x 6.3 m. New Pergola can be fitted to walls and to existing metal supports. I have 6 polycarbon sheets but no wood.

Looking for a certified builder or carpenter to install the wall mount for a wood pergola to a brick house to ensure structural soundness.

To keep the same design with the same size, and also include the demolition and disposal of the material.

We plan to get a large pergola, (well, in fact, three connected pergola areas), in our backyard. The structure would need to be attached to the house, either through a flyover system or by attaching to the fascia. It is a flat skillion roof sloping upwards (away from the house) so gutters and drainage are an issue. We have found a carpenter, but they require drawings showing exactly how this would work, ( in terms of the existing roof/rafters/beams etc.) to work from. I need an architect/draft person/builder who can do this so the carpenter knows exactly what to do. There are a couple of ways it could be achieved and need someone to look at the house to work out the best way to complete this. I have included a few pictures. The last is of the existing backyard. Three are computer generated concept drawings giving a rough indication of what it would look like (we have made some changes since then, but it gives you an approximate idea). The first is a hand drawn plan showing dimensions. I do have full house plans, and plans suitable for the council(deed to comply) available. BTW , as you can see from the photo of the home as it is, the existing goal in the center would be removed as part of the project. Someone with a builder’s license, I.e. A registered builder,prepared to submit for council building approval, would be ideal.

I need to remove this pergola It's pretty flimsy Rusting out at base etc It's at most 4x4m I need it gone before next Friday Might that be something you can help me with We can take it to Cambridge demonstration 6 mins from here ? Ta Anna Marie

Hello everyone, need hands to help install small pergola for my back yard, properly on grass or on tile not sure yet, but we work it out together at site.

Shed to be built and secure to concrete.

I had a smartkits DIY patio delivered but will need a capable handyman who has experience in patios to install it. It’s 6m (across the roofspan) by 3m (extending out to the fence). The posts are to be concreted in. The surface is level and sand/limestone. All the parts have been delivered.

Assemble and secure a 0.78x2.25m easy shed shed

Electric motor on sliding driveway gate has stopped working. Request is for call-out for inspection and assessment of the issue causing the gate not to work.

3x3 zinc shed to be demolished and taken away from back yard.
