Find an experienced builder in WA

I have purchased 4mX4m Patio from stratco for my new build. It has 2 light strips which will need to be powered. I need someone to install it. I can supply any additional material needed. I am just posting this adv. in advance. I will need it to be installed in 1 or 2 months. I got no idea how much installation coats so feel free to give your offer. Patio type: Outback patio

Demolish and remove from site, stud plasterboard/glazed partitions and identified cabinetry as per plan (including any disposal fees). Some elements are to be retained for further use eg identified doors. Notes: Ground floor with direct access to rear above ground parking and adjacent placement for skip or truck. All existing furniture will be removed by others prior to work commencing. Additional pricing can also be provided for removal and disposal of existing carpet (and fixings) and vestibule vinyl flooring.

Installation of Easy shed.. 3.5m x 1.5 metres... skillion. onto flat paving room and power no issue we did buy one bolt down kit... so putting that in appreciated although i can do that later if required

Cut built out single brick sections in pergola area (seating/side table)

We require structural sign off to add a non-permeable roof to our pergola. We are in City of Bayswater which has different rules to our neighbouring council regarding patios. We have built a pergola with a shade cloth. Because it lets water through, it's not classed as a patio and therefore fits within the current Pergola guidelines for Bayswater that do not require council approval. We would now like to add corrugated plastic roofing to protect from rain in the winter. This would make it a patio and require structural sign off to be able to get council approval. If we lived 1km to the West, we wouldn't require this sign off as Stirling allows patios with a roof under a certain size to be built without council sign off.

2 limestone garden beds removed 11 square metres in total. Brick pizza oven demolished and removed. 4x1 meter outdoor blinds removed 2x 2.5 meter outdoor blinds removed. Would need to have the sand in garden beds and removal of all that has been demolished .

Looking for handy person to complete shed build (construct front panel with double door and assemble entire shed) Halfway competed already - side walls, roof, back wall, are all done Require person with understanding of plans and useful with tools and builds. I can be extra set of hands to help. Urgent need done ASAP - today if possible!

I would like tile some additional sections on the wall in my new build. In my ensuite, half wall tile to be continued behind the door - approx 1m. In the bathroom, tiling to continue from the top of the shower to the roof. Spare tiles from the build supplied - will need to confirm there is enough and grout is Magellan grey so grout will need to match.

Need to lift bricks to repave as gaps have formed. Use existing bricks. After repaving concrete border to keep in place.

Drafting plans for a front fence and letterbox. I have a rough design i did in fusion 360 and i have the original building plans, just needs to be done up so i can submit a building permit application The pillar/pier height is 1.3m and the top of the solid wall height is 0.75m

Hey, looking for someone to replace the sheeting on my patio roof, using poly Suntuf Corrugated in Standard Colours, 760mm cover, 9 sheets at 3600mm, supplied and installed.

This wooden slat pergola is 3.7 x 4.8 m and thickly covered with ivy. Moving the half barrel flower box might allow it to be used over. There is driveway access and space on the verge for a skip. A machine could be used with care for the reticulation. Rats might be nesting in the ivy!

We will provide the wheel barrow and shovel, need to move this sand into the skip bin at the front of our house asap.
