We are renovating our ensuite bathroom and WIR, and we need to construct a new timber non-load bearing stud wall frame to divide the two rooms. The wall needs to be 2,140 mm wide by 2,430 mm high. The house is built on stumps with a timber floor. We need to have this done before Saturday, 9 December (i.e. by Friday, 8 December 2023). We are flexible in terms of when you come, as we both work from home. The attached picture shows the existing structure, with the existing stud wall. We will arrange to remove the existing stud wall separately after the new wall is built. We don't need you to do any plastering. - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 December 2023

My pergola is leaking water in a few places during heavy rains, especially around its metal fittings. Not sure about the extent of the damage so I was hoping to get a quote or an onsite inspection. I have tried putting epoxy putty and roof leak sealant but that hasn’t helped. I have attached some photos, let me know what you guys think. P.S. I am putting a budget of $5 as I am not sure about the extent of the damage, this will likely require an onsite inspection and therefore will be a larger quotable job. There’s not enough room in this box to describe Matt with the words he deserves. He built the entire pergola in two days and even helped me to build an outdoor dining set and swings in his own time. He was punctual, accomodating, communicative, SO helpful, very fair with pricing and by far the nicest person i’ve met in a long time.
