I need working drawings done for an outdoor spa and decking, including fencing. Looking to hire a building surveyor so that I can get a building permit to install a spa outside but the surveyor said that I need working drawings first.

I'm looking to build an arbour. The structure will be less than 5m2. Please provide a quote based on the details I provide, quote can be revised later if needed. Please find the details; 1. Basic structure is four vertical posts and horizontal beams. See the hand sketches of the side and front view. 2. Rafters will be run across the structure from left to right, spaced equally. 3. Will use rough cut wood which I will supply; - 4 x 3.6m (125mm x 125mm) - Posts - 4 x 2.6m (125mm x 125mm) - Beams - 4 x 2.7m (100mm x 50mm) - Rafters 4. The build will be a style similar to the pergola that has been built though this has used thicker posts and beams. See photo. 5. The job should be a case of digging holes for the 4 posts, setting them in concrete, positioning the beams and attaching them and attaching the 4 rafters. The supplier will provide the concrete, screws, brackets and tools needed. Happy to answer any questions but please provide your initial offer and confirm you are insured.
