Installation of 8 sheets of polycarb sheeting on pergola. We have a small outdoor pagoda (305cm x 350cm) that has recently been repainted. We have 8 new sheets of poly-carb roof sheeting that we would like installed. It requires ladder and drill with hex bolt bit (but we can provide all of these items). We are flexible with date/timing for task but conscious of limiting noise for nieghbours so anytime between say 8am-7pm Monday - Sat. Job estimate is 2-3 hours approx.

Demolition removal and disposal of existing kitchen including demolition of two (non-load bearing) pillar walls, benches, cabinets, oven, range hood and sink. We also need removal and disposal of the kitchen tiles and coving. Quote to include demolition, removal and disposal. NOTE: Apartment is on the third floor of the building with no lift, so there are 5 flights of stairs, but a wide stairway with landings on each level (images of stairway are included). The work will need to be completed prior to the new kitchen being fitted. We will be getting confirmation of the date within the next week and will be able to lock everything in then. Current estimated timing of the new kitchen install is the first or second week of December. We are calling the kitchen manufacturers on Monday to get an update.
