I need help fixing my outdoor pergola roof which is leaking and dripping water onto the deck. The job will involve: (1) Checking and tightening all screws on the Colorbond roof sheets (2) Resealing areas where water is seeping through to stop the leaks (3) Giving the roof a good clean (ideally with a pressure washer) to remove dirt and debris

Keen to get an idea of what it might cost to have a deck, pergola and some planter boxes made for our garden. Deck would be approx 2.5x5metres. Pergola would be approx 2.5x3metres. After dismantle old materials must be cut up into pieces max 2500mm in length, place out the front ready for pick up. Person/s must clean up work area ready for additional trades to come in the following day. Person/s must be respectful of property owner as home is occupied. Pergola is timber & plastic sheeting only & easy to dismantle. A clean neat job is needed,

The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.

The brand is EasyShed. The shed is 2.25m wide x 0.78m deep and 1.85m high. Concrete slab has already been laid. It will need to be secured to the slab also. I will have the parts for that for you. The shed will arrive in a flat pack.
