We are creating a home-based salon in our garage We need a new set of updated drawings on our initial drawings done by an architect. These new drawings will have to be done in accordance with the building surveyor RFI's and upon inspection of the garage and going off what the previous architect had drawn.

Person needed to remove timber pergola & plastic roof sheeting. Person must have appropriate tools & understanding. After dismantle old materials must be cut up into pieces max 2500mm in length, place out the front ready for pick up. Person/s must clean up work area ready for additional trades to come in the following day. Person/s must be respectful of property owner as home is occupied. Pergola is timber & plastic sheeting only & easy to dismantle. A clean neat job is needed,

The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.

The brand is EasyShed. The shed is 2.25m wide x 0.78m deep and 1.85m high. Concrete slab has already been laid. It will need to be secured to the slab also. I will have the parts for that for you. The shed will arrive in a flat pack.
