The wood heater has a 6 inch flue opening. The old pipe rusted and gave way. Need to install a new pipe. The roof still has the flue kit component attached. Only the pipe is broken. Additionally need some sort of cove on top of the chimney to prevent water seeping in during rains. This will anyway be part of the flue kit.

One of the Toilet in our cafe have been blocked and need a plunge. This happened twice in less than a month so need to check drainage as well. All other sinks and toilets are working fine, it’s just this one toilet that’s playing up.

After dismantle old materials must be cut up into pieces max 2500mm in length, place out the front ready for pick up. Person/s must clean up work area ready for additional trades to come in the following day. Person/s must be respectful of property owner as home is occupied. Pergola is timber & plastic sheeting only & easy to dismantle. A clean neat job is needed,

The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.
