Three rows of floor planks (for about 7m) slipped, leaving few gaps in between. I need you to move the floor planks to remove the gaps and put some filler in the end (at floor edge under skirting trim) to prevent it from happening again. I moved the planks twice myself (so have the required materials, if you don’t) but it happened again because I didn’t put any filler at the end. Now suffering from an injury and cannot do it again myself.

We want a pergola fixed to the laundry which is at the back of the house.

We need someone to pour a small concrete slab and install new aluminium shed we recently purchased from Stratco. Shed dimensions are 1800 wide by 850 deep and we’d like a recessed slab so dimensions will be around 2200 x 1000 approx. Task is for pouring slab, erection of flat packed shed and dyna bolting it to the new slab. Location of shed is against the wall in the photo. Garage kerb steel plates were insufficiently fixed with small ~ 50mm concrete screws. Tried 10mm x 80mm expanding anchors, still came out. The car driving over the bottom part of the plates creates a lot of upwards force on the top part of the plates, due to a thick pipe in the gutter installed under the plate. I need a much stronger, deeper anchor installed, with chemical/expoxy/chemset, and using bolts or threaded rod at least 12mm and at least 225mm long. 10 anchors required total (whole top/ garage side, 2 plates each with 5 anchors). First you'll need to remove the existing anchors, and re-drill steel and concrete holes wider and deeper. If you have to remove the whole plates, then you may have to replace the 10 screws on the bottom side if they won't go back in nicely. You supply the anchors and all tools. I have power
