Hello, i am looking for a bricklayer to run a header course of brick in a half circle, Will take about 200 bricks. The concrete base is laid, and i have the bricks and can provide the cement and sand.

Looking for an engineer to certify an existing block wall. Block wall was only partially filled and the top courses were moving. They have since been removed and council is asking for a certificate. I have photos and details of the wall.
