I have a brick wall that I need help cutting in two separate places. I’m trying to create room for my caravan, and put it on the front lawn.

Need to bricklay wall as marked in photo in the blue color (Around half a meter). Wall needs to go to ceiling, but also need to allow for niche half way. We recently had a split system air conditioner removed, which has left a hole through both the internal and external faces of a double brick wall. Looking for an engineer to certify an existing block wall. Block wall was only partially filled and the top courses were moving. They have since been removed and council is asking for a certificate. I have photos and details of the wall.
