However, the following faults remain: * A/C, AUDIO and power-window fuses blow immediately when replaced. * Radio, power windows and air conditioning are not working. * Tail lights remain on when the ignition is off and the key is removed. * The original alternator has been replaced, but the electrical faults persist. I had a faulty ignition barrel on my 2007 Audi a3 8p. Hence, I replaced the ignition barrel but now the car will turn on, run for 3 seconds then instantly turn off and come up with an error on the dash 'SAFE'.
