I am looking for a professional automotive electrician to install a "Door Armrest Ambient Lighting" kit on my Toyota GR86. The kit is designed to illuminate the door armrest area and requires wiring into the factory illumination circuit. Scope of Work: • Door Trim Removal: Carefully remove the driver and passenger side door panels. • LED Mounting: Mount the LED units behind the armrest panels following the kit's mounting points. • Wire Routing: Route the wiring from both doors into the cabin through the factory rubber door bellows (wiring bypass). Note: This is a tight fit and requires proper fishing tools and care to avoid damaging the rubber or factory loom. • Extension: Run the 1500mm extension wire from the driver side, behind the dashboard, over to the passenger side. • Electrical Connection: Connect both sets of LEDs to the 15-pin Option Connector located behind the passenger-side dashboard garnish (bundled in pink tape). • Positive (+): Tap into the Purple wire at Pin #4. • Negative (-): Tap into the Black wire at Pin #7 or a body earth point. • Testing & Reassembly: Verify lights turn on with the car's parking/headlights and reassemble all trim pieces. Requirements: • Must have experience with modern vehicle interiors and "electro-tap" / splicing connectors. • Must bring own tools (trim removal tools, wire fish tape/long zip ties, pliers, and electrical tape). • Must be careful not to damage the rubber bellows or scratch the interior plastics.

2019 Toyota Hilux, I have installed the electric side steps but I am struggling to get the door sensors to respond. The kit comes with magnet sensors but there seems to be a plug connector which I am unable to locate where it needs to go which is what I suspect is causing the issue. The kit is the Cobra electric side steps for the N80 Hilux 2015+ I need someone with automotive electrical fitout experience to help finish the job. The job should be really easy for someone who knows what they are doing.

Our car has been towed to Goulburn by NRMA, and it’s confirmed that the issue is likely the alternator. I need a qualified mechanic or car technician in Goulburn who can check and fix the alternator today. Please only respond if you are available today and can inspect the car on site. The alternator was only changed one year ago and so was the battery. We bought a new battery on Friday from NRMA but that’s not the issue. Car is 2004 rav 4. Let me know costs etc
