PLEASE PRESENT HOURLY/ DAILY RATES Videographer to capture drive day experience. Drivers will drive cars both on road and off-road putting the cars to the real test. Will be a number of cars driving the track in the Yarra Valley from one winery to another. Will also need to capture footage of presentations / meetings and guest arrival at the events and possible small interviews where GM interviews drivers after they drive the cars. Will also be hosting a gala dinner where we will need to film the event which includes a red carpet arrival. I have multiple days of filming required with sites including Yarra Valley winery and event venue in Port Melbourne. All footage captured will need to be sent to my production/ animation team who will then put together 2 videos that will be used for internal purposes only. Videos and content will not be used online. Files will need to listed carefully and only the best footage sent to the production team. Brief on what to capture will be provided. Event days will be 4 to 5 days in late July, August and September. I require hourly rate and any costs that may be incurred for travel to the Yarra Valley. Event days will be weekday/ no weekends. Looking for at least one videographer but possibly 2 so if have more than one in your team please let me know. Also looking for a great photographer if you have one also.
