Need someone experienced with sliding/security screen doors to repair or replace the internal handle/locking mechanism on our door. The handle has come off/broken (see photo). Unsure if it can be repaired or if the full handle/lock assembly needs replacing. I need my front door door to be closing itself when opened. Something like pictured.

The rear double glass sliding doors do not align, and are very difficult to lock, sometimes the sliding door does not lock. I need someone to inspect the rollers, clean up, potentially fix/replace them, and realign the doors so that the door opens and closes properly and is able to be locked. This is a rental property, so there will be some interactions with the tenants.
