The spa is on my mum's deck which has 3 large stairs up to spa level. It needs to be moved to my place at Berkeley Vale. I have a moderately sloping driveway and some small steps to navigate to get to the back deck. There are then 10 stairs up to the deck level where the spa will go. The spa is 260kg empty. It is 1.2 x 1.5 m length width, and about 1.2 m high. A gate needs to be taken off its hinges at Umina to get it out of the courtyard. The hinges are difficult as they are a bit rusty, and also have a cat screen fitting over one (see pics). Would need a screwdriver/drill and Allen keys. The spa fits nicely through our gate here at Berkeley Vale. But the path down our side isn't very fun (see pics). It would need a trailer for moving, and two trolleys, one for front, one for back, and some strong muscle as well.

The door blew shut with the wind while a piece of furniture was in the door frame. This has pushed the mesh screening of the security door. The stiff mesh material is now disconnected on one side and the bottom of the door. It is riveted in place. If the mesh can be straightened out, im sure it could be reused in the door repair. I think the door needs to be assembled around the mesh itself which would involve de-rivetting and then re-rivetting.

side gate hinges and bolts came out and it blew off the fence. needs to be fixed back on. shed door very basic needs to be screwed back on. what is the rate?
