sliding door for toilet needs repair

As cheaply but effective as possible wanting to sound proof 2 windows from a sunroom that has been converted into a bedroom where the kitchen is on the other side to stop noise coming in from both sides, attached photo is 1 of the windows where I just have cardboard temporarily over it at the moment.

Sliding door isn’t closing properly without some effort. The middle rail is slightly bent which may be causing this
