Painting Prime and paint the full door frame in a modern white. Finish must be clean, smooth and professionally done. Protect surrounding tiles, decking, and furniture. 3. Flyscreen Replacement Remove old flyscreen. Supply and install a new flyscreen that slides smoothly. 4. Hardware & Track Restoration Clean and lubricate sliding door tracks. Remove rust from screws, brackets, and fittings. Replace bottom locking hardware if needed (pins, caps, or brackets). Ensure door slides easily and locks properly. 5. Final Clean & Finish Make the entire door area look modern, fresh, and well-finished. Remove Pet Door We had pet door installed few years ago, the dog has never used it! Its a tight squeeze to get through when we open the door, So choosing to take it out, so the door works again, slides back and locks as it was before we installed the pet door :)
