I have a Merlin tilt master garage door opener. I would like to install the infra red sensors. I would also like to install a HomeKit automation module.

Front door hinge/door adjustment needed. Door is grabbing at the bottom and can’t be opened.

Two door laundry cupboard requires removal and disposal.

Job at Sutherland, not Miranda, I keep changing the location, however it keeps changing it back to Miranda. Sorry. Mount clothesline to masonry wall, attached doors to pantry (hinges already mounted to pantry & doors) & secure pantry to masonry wall. I have the ladder etc, I just don't have an appropriate drill. Also I don't have enough hands to put the doors on the pantry.

Need 2 x 2040 x 620 x 35mm solid 8 lite doors installed in bedroom area. Need door jamb installed, hinges attached and doors mounted. Note, doors to be installed like a wardrobe door as they connect walk in robe area, so no locks etc required and doors do not need rebating. Will just need a top spring ball or magnetic latch attached to each and a fixed handle. Also need to have finished off with architrave. Hi! I need an experienced handyperson to permanently fix a problematic bifold door. The main wall-mounted track keep coming loose, causing the bottom of the door to scrape the floor. Temporary fixes haven't worked. I've tightened screws myself multiple times, but the constant use causes everything to loosen again within weeks/months. I need a robust, long-term solution.

We have a top-hung commercial bi-fold glass door system in our restaurant that needs urgent repair. • The track bolts have started pulling out from the ceiling. • The track is now misaligned, making the doors harder to operate. • It may require removing the glass panels to safely re-secure the track and then realign it. Looking for someone with experience in commercial glass door systems (bi-fold, stacking, or top-hung) who can: 1. Safely remove/reinstall heavy glass panels if needed. 2. Re-anchor the track securely into the ceiling/beam (may require new fixings or steel plate). 3. Re-align and service the system for smooth operation. • Must bring all necessary tools and appropriate fixings. • Must have proven experience with similar commercial bi-fold or sliding glass door repairs. • Insurance preferred.

Door replacement and general repairs

Install 2 supplied curtain rod brackets to masonry wall, attach supplied towel rail to bathroom tiles. Provide new flyscreen mesh and replace damaged mesh in 1 window (116x85cm). Provide new sealant and replace old sealant on shower floor.

There's a double door on a bedroom wall which needs to be removed and filled in, so it becomes just a wall, and then a new door created on the adjacent wall. Property settles on the 29th July so we need the work done on the 30th. See floorplan attached, it's bedroom number 3. Can provide access for inspection if needed. Will need you to supply all materials

I need someone to swap a stand bunnings door on a garage and swap one lock over onto the new one. The door will most likely need cutting to suit the door frame. I don’t have any photos of the old door that’s getting taken out but it’s just a standard door. We can negotiate the finial price later

Swap laundry door to open out rather than in. Note metal hinges built into frame. Or remove door and hang new door.

We’ve purchased a gas hinge to help keep the front door closed, just need it fitted by someone who has fitted these before, understands how they need to be set up and adjusted with the right pressure / angle for this door etc :)

Need wall/door frame built from scratch + door install for space 3m wide x 2.7m high. Wall will sit behind the tv and extend straight from where the wall is on the right. 2 x bifold doors (already ordered) 2315x810x35 to go on the far left. Work around (cut into) the existing edges/cornice so that this wall is flush with the ceiling.
