I work for a Wall Bed company based in Melbourne. Due to a manufacturing defect we need to replace a Wall Bed door for our client. First Step - Remove Wall Bed Door (90kg) from the the Wall Bed (2 Men required) - Take the Wall Bed Door to the ground floor via elevator Second Step - There is a new Wall Bed Door awaiting down stairs in a package which will be required to be taken upstairs again via lift. - Once the furniture item is upstairs it need unpack aged and to be mounted and fixed onto the hinges of the Wall Bed Unit. - Take all the boxes downstairs for disposal. To install the Door will require some heavy lifting between two people. We have images and instruction manuals on how to install the doors.

Looking for assistance to fix the bolt that secures the door to the doorframe, as well as a few other minor issues with these doors, see below. Price of $750 assumes that this includes airtasker fees, but is negotiable especially if all four items below are covered. Issue 1 (priority): - Double doors to the balcony in an apartment, one door opens with the handle, the other doors has two bolts securing the door to the top of the door frame and bottom of door frame. - There are two levers in the door to detach these two bolts. The bottom lever works fine to move the bottom bolt, but the top lever moves up and down while the top bolt stays locked in place, so it looks like the lever is detached from the bolt. - Looking for help to fix this problem, so that I can open and close both doors to the balcony. Issue 2: - I have a second set of identical doors on the balcony. - For the second set of doors, the top bolt appears to be jammed - that is, I cannot move the lever to pull the bolt out. - The bottom bolt works fine. Issue 3: - For both sets of doors, the sealant between the glass and aluminium has gaps in it, which creates a whistling sound sometimes from the wind. Issue 4: These doors might be about 25 years old, so I was also hoping that you can take a general look at other aspects of the doors while you are here, to prevent future problems.
