Garage Door removal. The broken garage door, motor, track and frame nees to be removed and disposed of ahead of the installation of glass bifold doors.

Door is not moving smoothly, beads or runner needs replacing / repairs

I need two doors fixing one needs to be hung up again, the other needs a hole to be filled in Either done today or Thursday

Two tasks: 1. reattach curtain rail which was pulled out from the wall by kids (!!!). Some of the fixtures might be bent. Holes have already been patched, so focus is on reattaching/rehanging the rail. The room is in the original part of the (~100 year old) house so the walls can be quite fragile. 2. door handle: the door handle on our external bi-fold doors is very loose. May need to be reinstalled completely. If so, holes in door frame would need to be patched as well.

I need 2 hinge areas repaired or patched and old security door/screen refitted.

Need two internal hollow core doors replaced and installed.

The door has seen better days and needs new locks and maintenance on it. Would need someone to organise some metal handles as well.

Concertina door on European laundry needs to be re-hung.

The bottom right part of the door keeps jamming/scraping the base, would like door to close smoothly. (not sure if screws need adjusting or bottom of door planed)

Outdoor GPO isn’t working and need it repaired or replaced prior to settlement of property sale.

The flyscreen on the sliding door needs replacing

Remove and replace two car doors for 2006 Mazda cx7 including locks and linings and maybe a small all panel and paint ding in one door

There’s a smal hole at knee level that needs repairing, and the door handle on the inside is snapped. The retracting doesn’t work on the handle which is why there is a hole as I was trying to push it open thinking it was stuck

I have a stick and peel wallpaper mural to go on 2 sliding doors of a wardrobe size 2400 x 2200. There are 5 pre cut panels to hang. I have the kit with all utensils for hanging. - Due date: Before Thursday, 8 February 2024
